Our Story
How simple systems turned solo mom life from overwhelming to manageable
About
Built From Real Solo Mom Life
I’m a solo mom with a late ADHD diagnosis, a corporate background, and a type A mindset that couldn’t keep up with the chaos of everyday life.
For a long time, I thought I needed to try harder be more organized, more disciplined, more on top of everything. But the real shift happened when I stopped relying on effort and started building systems that actually worked for my brain and my life.
That’s what Solo Mom Collective is built on.
Everything here is designed to help you reduce decision fatigue, protect your energy, and create structure in your home and daily routine without burnout or unrealistic expectations.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed and stretched thin, start with simple systems that make your day easier, not harder.

The Systems That Keep Solo Mom Life Running
Inside Solo Mom Collective, everything is built around three core areas: simple family routines, practical digital tools, and realistic self-care. Together, these create systems that reduce overwhelm, protect your energy, and help you run your home and day with more structure and ease.
